1 Banana (sliced)
5-6 strawberries (sliced)
1/3 cup of blueberries
1/2 ripe avocado
1/3 cup of roasted pistachios
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (I like So Delicious)
2 tbsp maple syrup
Optional: cacao powder
--Add all the ingredients of the mousse into the blender and blend until smooth (should be the consistency of Greek yogurt)
--Mix the berries and place in a bowl
--Put a heaping scoop of mousse on the berries
--Optional: sprinkle some cacao powder all over it
--NOM NOM NOM :)
