This past weekend was Cinco de Mayo...or as we called it in college, Drinko de Mayo. This year my business partner and fellow actress, Gabrielle Ruiz, and I decided to combine cocktails and good health into one event...I know, it seems contradictory, but here was our cocktail menu the day of:

High Performance Spiked Lemonade
Yes they were delicious, yes we drank a lot, and NO we DID NOT get messy drunk!! Just the best comfortable buzz you want from a sensible day of drinking. The protein, fiber, electrolytes, Green tea extract, and high nutrient count from the shaklee ingredients actually kept our bodies satiated! We had so much fun and no hangover...Talk about drinking responsibly...BOOM
So here is the recipe for the JAVA FLACATINI created by yours truly :)
1 1/4oz Cafe Patron Dark Cocoa
3/4oz. Coconut Creamer (So Delicious brand)
1 1/2oz Iced coffee
1 scoop Shaklee 180 Caffe Latte smoothie mix
Shake it up with some ice
Served up in a martini glass
