Ingredients:
Berries: 1 Banana (sliced) 5-6 strawberries (sliced) 1/3 cup of blueberries Avocado Mousse: 1/2 ripe avocado 1/3 cup of roasted pistachios 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (I like So Delicious) 2 tbsp maple syrup Optional: cacao powder Directions: --Add all the ingredients of the mousse into the blender and blend until smooth (should be the consistency of Greek yogurt) --Mix the berries and place in a bowl --Put a heaping scoop of mousse on the berries --Optional: sprinkle some cacao powder all over it --NOM NOM NOM :) Best guilt free, yet sinfully rich dessert EVER! Pro Tip: Make a muscle bowl! –Add some of your favorite protein powder and another splash of coconut milk to the mousse! |
