If I haven't explained it before....I named my business Access Your Health for one reason with two parts.
A) Good Health should be made accessible. Rome wasn't built in one day and optimal health doesn't happen overnight. We gather advice, strategies, and experiences over time and we incorporate multiple resources into our daily routine. One small change, one day at a time, creates an accessible lifestyle.
B) I believe that Health is an umbrella term for Physical, Financial, and Spiritual Health. Who doesn't want "Access" to ALL of this!
I am in the process of fuzing my worlds together. My acting career and on-camera work meets my passion for helping others live a thriving, healthy life! Its a work in progress but with your support, I know that this will be a really fun ride.
here is a tiny look into the vibe that you can expect from me in the near future....
I don't claim have the perfect life or lifestyle, nor do I want to honestly. I think challenges, failure, and emotional downpour are what make us vulnerable....and recently I met a woman named Di Ana Pissari who says that "my vulnerability is my strength, and a hell of a lot more interesting..."
I bring this up because what i say and the advice i give is not the end all be all. I intend to bring awareness and more enlightening options to peoples lives to help them achieve the quality of life that they desire...resistance and skepticism are the easiest escapes from decision making which is why I will always ask questions. We deserve to come up with our own answers...that creates an innate openness and vulnerability. after all we are human. But we tend to gravitate towards those who challenge us and are genuinely being of service at the same time...and thats really all I intend to do.
